When can I expect my order to ship and arrive? 

We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 7 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received. 

Please note that The Milk Crew is not liable for any delays or missing packages, and will not replace lost packages. Upon fulfillment of your order, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

Do you ship internationally? 

We only offer shipping to the United States at this time.

Do you have any current discount codes?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to love your products just as much as we do. Please contact us at hello@themilkcrew.com with the details of your order if you are not completely satisfied. All inquiries about returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.

My package is lost/stolen/arrived damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. We cannot be held  responsible for damages of products that occurred during shipping or stolen packages. We prove tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information.  We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.

If there is a product defect, upon delivery, please contact us via email and we can discuss it with you.  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order as we cannot alter it once your order is placed. If your package is sent back due to an address error or post office error we are not responsible for getting your package back to you. We will notify you that it has come back and you're welcome to pay to have it shipped. If you are not wanting to pay for it to be shipped again we can refund your order.
